DNA does not mass produce. This does give exclusivity, individuality and added value to our garments, but also means that sometimes not all sizes are available. Although we try to keep the website regularly updated, this sometimes proves to be a hard task. You may want to check for second choices just in case the item you are after isn't available. If there are to be any problems with availability you will be contacted immediately.
Please keep in mind that sizes usually vary from company to company and therefore it is a good idea to read carefully the measurements specified on each item. Dna garments are quite fitted and are normally smaller than regular brands. This however doesn't mean we do not stock larger sizes. When ordering trousers, suits or jackets, it's a good idea to send the following measurements along with order:
- hips/seat circumference measured around widest part of buttocks
- thigh measured 4"/10cm under crotch seam
- chest circumference measured under armpit (take measurements wearing a shirt).
- sleeve length taken from shoulder to end of cuff
Trouser inseam is left long so that its easier to satisfy most heights - we do offer sartorial alterations but in this case any items which have been altered cannot be returned. Also, take in consideration and let us know any important details regarding your figure. All items maybe returned for an exchange should they not fit.
All items may be returned and exchanged for other sizes or garments. Garments must be unused, and shipped back within 1 week of delivery. All labels and tags should be attached to garment. ITEMS WITH TAGS REMOVED WILL NOT BE EXCHANGED! PLEASE MAKE SURE THE ITEM FITS BEFORE REMOVING THE TAG. Please email us before shipping. Please remember to clearly write your name and address on the parcel. Shipping costs to Dna is at customers expense, whilst return shipping to the customer is free of charge, please note that registered mail and not UPS is used for this. Should a substitute item of your choice not be available a credit note will be given for future purchases. NO REFUNDS are given unless the garment is faulty or a clear mistake was made on our part.

Here at Dna we give our customers the opportunity to have personalized garments - this means you can send us your own fabric, and we will make our styles using it, at no extra cost. Please email us for further information regarding this.
All prices do not include VAT. However NO VAT or other taxes will be added to the prices shown. Should you need an invoice made out to a company name I would need a registred VAT number for EU transactions, if not 16% vat will be applied. Usually orders are shipped within 1 or 2 days after they are confirmed. You may choose 2 methods of shipment:
UPS
Fast delivery times, tracable (tracking number is sent to your email address once parcel has been dispatched), reliable, efficient, insured. Delivery times are calculated from when parcel is dispatched and if you are in a remote location it may take a couple of extra days:
- EUROPE 3 working days
- NORTH AMERICA 2 working days
SPANISH POST
Parcels are sent registered mail (signed for), are not tracable, insurance optional, but still very reliable, although slower than UPS. The following delivery times are approximate and may therefore vary:
- EUROPE 7 working days
- NORTH AMERICA 12 working days
- ASIA, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND 15 working days
all shipping prices include handling and packaging fees

This is why in packaging the products I try to use as little paper and plastic as possible. Recycled copy/print paper, paper carrier bags and low energy light bulbs and fittings are commonly used.
